This hotel is a gem! The staff is amazing, giving you a warm welcome and making you feel at home. The location is perfect, really close to the Plitvice Lakes entrance and in a very silent place. The rooms are big, comfortable and equipped with air conditioning and dinning tables, perfect when you want to eat in comfort. And don't forget to try their delicious breakfast with fresh farm ingredients. We loved the attention to detail in everything.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location is great as it is close to the lakes and to some restaurants. The hotel facilities are really clean, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They even bought tickets for us when we forgot to do it online!

Spent my Xmas holidays in a charming cottage deep in the woods - simply amazing! Had the privilege to enjoy huge portions of local cuisine, fresh coffee, and informative chats with the accommodating owner. Best of all, the location was spot on, with easy access to a third entrance of a nearby national park and a secret viewpoint of stunning lakes.

It was quite a challenge initially to get to this hidden gem. Without clear signs and a language barrier, I found myself driving around small villages to eventually ask for guidance.

The location of the accommodation was very convenient as it was situated near the park entrance and several restaurants. the rooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean, and modern, as per the reviews. the service provided by the host was exceptional, with them providing helpful information and even a complimentary drive. the breakfast served was also delicious, offering a variety of choices. guests had a great experience with the facilities and service provided.

Some guests may find that the options for food at the on-site restaurant were limited.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the great location near one of the park entrances. The attention to detail was excellent, with the host providing clear directions and even allowing guests to leave their car after checkout. The breakfasts were delicious, made with fresh produce from the host's farm, and the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning and a dining table.

Great location near park entrance, free parking, and delicious breakfast. We were able to walk to the park entrance in just a few minutes, which was very convenient. the free parking was also a plus. the breakfast was delicious and homemade, which we appreciated.

Shared balcony and strong tobacco smell in the room. Unfortunately, the balcony was shared with other guests and we would have preferred a private one.
